Founded in 1990 by Anne-Marie Gélinas and Andrew Noble, Productions Jeux d'Ombres is an independent production company. It brings to the screen film projects, documentaries and multimedia productions that explore new ideas and tell compelling stories. With its focus on director-driven new cinema, Productions Jeux d'Ombres has produced award-winning films with some of Canada's most promising talent. The company ceased developing new projects in 2007.

Anne-Marie Gélinas

With a BA from Concordia's acclaimed Communications Studies program and an Advanced Graduate Diploma in Management of Cultural Organizations from HEC Montreal, Anne-Marie has an extensive background in independent film and video production and an overall expertise in corporate management. President and General Manager of Productions Jeux d'Ombres, Anne-Marie is currently a producer at Ema Films.

Andrew Noble

While working in close collaboration with his partner on Jeux d'Ombres projects, Andrew Noble has developed a good understanding of all aspects of production, distribution and marketing of feature films. Along with Jeux d'Ombres, Andrew worked for Alliance Vivafilm in Montreal from 1995 to 1997 to coordinate sales and marketing of their Quebec Theatrical Releasing Department. In 1998, Behaviour Distribution recruited Andrew as National Marketing Director. He then became a shareholder and Director of Distribution at Film Tonic where he held the post for two years. After a return to film production at Jeux d'Ombres from 2001 to 2006, he is now Vice-President of Distribution at Filmoption International.
